Byebrook Farm

Our family owns and operates a 45-cow dairy of Holsteins that has been in the family for eight generations. We make a raw milk gouda cheese and age it at least 60 days. Varieties include: plain, cumin seed, and cider-washed rind. Available at our roadside farm stand, local stores, Delhi Farmers' Market, and on the menu at Brewery Ommegang. Get our bottled fresh raw milk, eggs and Cowbella yogurt at the farm stand.
